Bounce House Rentals in San Mateo
Compare prices from local vendors delivering to San Mateo — plus park jumper permits, rules, and seasonal tips
San Mateo sits in the heart of the Peninsula with over 15 parks offering picnic areas, playgrounds, and open green space — making it one of the best cities in the Bay Area for outdoor parties with bounce houses. Unlike some neighboring cities that ban inflatables in parks outright, San Mateo allows jump houses in most parks with a simple $29 jumper permit.
The City of San Mateo requires a valid picnic reservation plus a separate jumper permit for any inflatable setup in a public park. Jump houses are capped at 15×15 feet with no slides or balls, and a generator must be provided by your rental company. Jumpers are not allowed at Parkside Aquatic Park or Laurelwood Park.
With JumpFun, you can compare prices from multiple vendors that deliver to San Mateo, see real photos and availability, and book online. Whether you're planning a birthday party at Central Park, a family gathering at Beresford, or a backyard celebration, we'll help you find the right rental at the right price.
