By accessing or using the JumpFun website at getjumpfun.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

JumpFun is a platform that aggregates bounce house and party rental listings from independent, locally operated rental companies across the San Francisco Bay Area. We make it easy to browse, compare, and request bookings — all in one place.

JumpFun is not a rental company. We do not own, operate, maintain, or deliver any rental equipment. We connect you with the rental companies that do.

When you submit a booking request through JumpFun, we forward your contact and event details to the rental company that provides the items you selected. Any rental agreement, transaction, or arrangement is between you and the rental company directly.

JumpFun is not a party to the rental transaction. Pricing, availability, delivery terms, cancellation policies, and any other rental conditions are determined by the rental company.

When using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting booking requests
• Review and understand the rental company's own terms, policies, and requirements before finalizing any rental
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Not attempt to scrape, copy, or access the Platform through automated means without our written permission

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a booking request through JumpFun.

We work to keep rental listings accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all information on the Platform — including pricing, availability, photos, descriptions, and delivery areas — is current or error-free at all times.

Rental companies may update their offerings, pricing, or availability at any time. We recommend confirming details directly with the rental company before your event.

The JumpFun name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of JumpFun. Rental listing content, including photos and descriptions, belongs to the respective rental companies.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from the respective owner.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services, including rental company websites, Google Maps, and other external resources. These links are provided for your convenience.

JumpFun is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party websites or services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. JumpFun does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from errors
• Listing information will always be accurate or complete
• Any rental company listed on the Platform will meet your expectations in terms of quality, safety, or service

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JumpFun shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any rental transaction or interaction with a rental company
• The quality, safety, or condition of any rental equipment
• Any disputes between you and a rental company
• Personal injury or property damage related to rental equipment
• Inaccuracies in listing information

You agree to indemnify and hold JumpFun, its owners, and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, or your interactions with any rental company.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
